Job summary

Lead Hr Services is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead, strategize, and drive revenue in the auto components market from its Hosur location. The role requires 23–27 years of experience in industrial/engineering sales, with a track record of building and managing large teams across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will possess a BE or MBA in Marketing, strong account development skills, and deep knowledge of market dynamics in the OE sector. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the sales function from an industrial / engineering product / component industry.
• Experience from auto component sector in sales.
• Experience in developing customer accounts and geographies.
• In-depth understanding of market trends, patterns, competitor performance, product lifecycles of the component and OE sector.
