Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks a Sales and Marketing Head to drive growth in the CNC Machine Tool sector across India. The role requires leadership to develop markets, manage dealer networks, OEMs, and export accounts, and to lead a regional sales and marketing team.

Required BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred, with 10–12+ years in CNC sales/marketing and strong customer acquisition capabilities. Travel to client sites will be necessary to secure critical bookings.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 10–12+ years in Sales & Marketing within the CNC Machine Tool industry.
• Mandatory experience in machine tool sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Strong network with automotive, aerospace, general engineering, defense, and precision manufacturing customers.
• Experience in handling dealer networks, key accounts, OEM customers, and export markets is preferred.
• Ability to prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and participate in technical discussions.
• Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Build a sales and marketing team across India.
• Willingness to travel to customer places for critical bookings.
