Job summary

Hsjb Business Solutions is seeking a Head of Performance & Growth Marketing (D2C & Marketplaces) in Bangalore. You will own online revenue, budgets, and profitability across India and GCC, leading cross‑functional teams to drive ROAS and growth.

You will manage Google, Meta, YouTube, CRM, SEO and marketplace campaigns, grow D2C sites, and partner with Sales, Finance, Tech, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, data‑driven expansion.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing or e-commerce.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing D2C and marketplace growth with direct revenue accountability.
• MBA in Marketing with certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own online revenue, marketing budgets and profitability across India and GCC.
• Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube and marketplace advertising.
• Drive CRM, customer retention, SEO, AEO, GEO/LLMO, affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Grow D2C websites through conversion optimisation, promotions and customer experience improvements.
• Drive marketplace growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Noon and other relevant platforms.
• Manage marketing agencies, budgets, performance tracking and ROI.
• Lead the performance and growth marketing team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Tech, Supply Chain and Brand teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable marketing, advertising and data protection regulations.

• Excellent analytical, commercial, team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
