Job summary

Anrgi Tech Private Limited in Thane is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to direct its digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of D2C growth, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing marketing funnels.

This role involves building and scaling D2C growth campaigns and collaborating closely with content, design, product, and e-commerce teams. A hands-on approach with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing/growth roles in fast-paced B2C businesses.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
• Experience scaling consumer brands or startups preferred.

Responsibilities
