The Organic World in Bengaluru is seeking a Head of E-commerce & Digital Commerce to lead the end-to-end online business. You will own the P&L, drive growth across apps, website, marketplaces, and quick commerce, and partner with product and technology teams to optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities include CRM, retention, loyalty programs, analytics, and strategic initiatives to improve conversion and profitability. A data-driven leader with 8+ years in ecommerce is required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce, D2C, Digital Commerce, or Omnichannel Retail.
• Experience managing Ecommerce P&L.
• Strong understanding of App Growth and Customer Journey.
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams.
• Hands-on experience in CRM, Retention, Loyalty, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience with Quick Commerce and Marketplace channels.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the E-commerce P&L and grow revenue across App, Website, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Increase app installs, active users, and order frequency while improving conversion rates.
• Define product roadmap and drive UX/UI enhancements and analytics implementations.
• Manage relationships with marketplaces and drive sales growth across channels.
• Ensure inventory availability and forecast accuracy; monitor OTIF and fulfillment metrics.
• Monitor GMV, Revenue, Conversion, CAC, ROAS, Retention and CLV; present insights to leadership.

Position

Head - E-commerce & Digital Commerce

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8-15 Years

Key Responsibilities.

Business Growth

• Own and drive the E-commerce P&L.
• Grow revenue across App, Website, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
• Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.

App & Customer Growth

• Increase app installs, active users, and order frequency.
• Improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Drive CRM, loyalty, subscription, and retention programs.
• Enhance customer journey across digital platforms.

Technology & Product

• Partner with technology teams to improve app and website performance.
• Define product roadmap and business requirements.
• Drive UX/UI enhancements and conversion optimization.
• Implement analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Marketplace & Quick Commerce

• Manage relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
• Drive sales growth across marketplaces and quick commerce channels.
• Improve assortment, pricing, visibility, and promotions.

Inventory & Operations

• Ensure inventory availability and demand forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor OTIF, fulfillment, and customer service metrics.
• Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to reduce stock-outs and wastage.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor GMV, Revenue, Conversion, CAC, ROAS, Retention, and Customer Lifetime Value.
• Generate insights and recommend growth initiatives.
• Present business reviews to leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce, D2C, Digital Commerce, or Omnichannel Retail.
• Experience managing Ecommerce P&L.
• Strong understanding of App Growth and Customer Journey.
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams.
• Hands-on experience in CRM, Retention, Loyalty, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience with Quick Commerce and Marketplace channels.

Preferred

• Experience in Food, Grocery, FMCG, Retail, Health & Wellness, or Organic Products.
• Exposure to Shopify, OMS, CRM, Analytics Tools, and Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Strong Inventory Planning and Forecasting experience.
