Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Lead to oversee and accelerate the growth of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns, driving online sales, and optimizing customer

acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce growth strategies.
• Drive revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition through online channels.
• Identify new opportunities to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Performance Marketing
• Independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
• Track key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and revenue growth.

Digital Marketing

• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective promotional campaigns.
• Improve brand visibility and online presence through data-driven initiatives. Analytics C Reporting
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations.
• Use customer insights and data to drive strategic decisions.

Website Customer Experience

• Oversee website performance, merchandising, and user experience.
• Work closely with technology and operations teams to ensure smooth functionality.
• Enhance conversion rates through continuous optimization and A/B testing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 12- 16 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, and online business growth.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses and managing high-value marketing budgets.
• Experience leading digital transformation and marketing strategy initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other major e-commerce

platforms.

• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing certifications.
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional business units.
• Experience working with multi-channel retail and D2C business models.
