Job summary

SR Expert Services LLP in Delhi is seeking an experienced E-commerce Head to lead the fast-growing FMCG online business across marketplaces and quick-commerce channels.

You will own P&L, drive revenue growth, negotiate with partners, oversee category management, and steer trade promotions while balancing brand and profitability.

The role requires 9–15 years in FMCG/e‑commerce, with an MBA and proven leadership to build scalable online strategies.

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of FMCG/e‑commerce experience.
• Strong track record in growing online revenue across marketplaces and quick-commerce.
• Experience with P&L ownership, negotiations, category management and trade promotions.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.

• -15 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer / E-commerce.
• - Strong experience managing online FMCG business across marketplaces and preferably quick-commerce platforms.
• - Proven track record of delivering significant online revenue growth.
• - Experience in P&L ownership, commercial negotiations, category management, and trade promotions.
• - Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
• - Good knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and FMCG distribution.
• - Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• - Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-management capabilities.
• - MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred.

The preferred candidate should be someone who has built or scaled an FMCG e-commerce business, understands the economics of marketplaces and quick commerce, and can balance sales growth, brand building, availability, and profitability. Experience with major Indian e-commerce and quick-commerce channels will be an advantage.
