Job summary

The Veca is seeking a Senior Vice President - Business Development to spearhead the Engineering Business for a premier Automotive Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem. The role requires driving new customer and project acquisition, managing strategic accounts, and ensuring revenue growth across Automotive OEMs and design houses.

Location in India includes Pune, Bangalore and Chennai with immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in senior Business Development / Sales / Business Leadership.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering / Engineering Services.
• Proven track record in new business and project acquisition.
• Strong exposure to Automation, Robotics, Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
• Strong relationships with Automotive OEMs, System Integrators or Engineering/Design Houses.
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in revenue growth, strategic accounts and team leadership.

Responsibilities
