Adecco is hiring a Sales Manager – Motor Testing & Automotive Industry to drive sales growth nationwide. The role requires leading a sales team, developing market strategies, and expanding customer relationships across India.
The ideal candidate has substantial Motor Testing and automotive sector experience and a willingness to travel extensively. Responsibilities include capital sales, negotiations, and profitability oversight, with opportunities to engage at exhibitions and support market
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Engineering / Industrial sector.
- Mandatory experience in Motor Testing / Motor Test Systems.
- Mandatory Automotive Industry experience.
- Proven experience in Capital Sales / Technical Sales.
- Strong network within Automotive & Industrial markets in India.
- Experience with a foreign-owned / multinational industrial company.
- Strong leadership, negotiation & business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, with periodic travel to Switzerland & USA.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
