Job summary

Technomech Oil & Energy in Pune seeks a Managing Director / CEO Automotive & Automation to lead India operations with full P&L and strategic responsibility. Drive growth, market development and customer acquisition while building relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.

Lead the establishment and expansion of India operations, oversee cross-functional teams and pursue strategic partnerships in line with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in Automotive / Automotive Components / Industrial Automation.
• Strong understanding of Indian automotive OEM ecosystem.
• Proven P&L ownership and business leadership.
• Experience in setting up, scaling or managing a business/plant/operations.
• Strong commercial, strategic, customer-management and leadership capabilities.
