Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end admissions from enquiry to enrolment.
• Recruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and staff.
• Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, fees, and testimonials.
• Design and deliver admission pitches and train counsellors on objection handling.
• Collect and analyze daily admissions data including enquiry modes and conversion rates.
• Maintain a daily-updated database of enquiries.
• Present daily reports to the Principal and develop improvement strategies.
• Conceptualize and execute events to drive footfalls and increase admissions.
• Provide daily accounts updates on admissions, fees collected, discounts, and payment schedules.
• Follow up with previous non-interest prospects for second-round counselling.
• Develop a well-designed counselling room; maintain admission stationery stock.

Job description

The Head – Admissions is responsible for strategically leading and managing the complete admissions process for Euro and Billabong schools, including team leadership, pipeline management, data analysis, event conceptualization, and daily collaboration with the Principal to drive admission targets.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolment
• Recruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and ancillary staff
• Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, fee structures, and parent testimonials
• Design and deliver effective admission sales pitches and train counsellors on objection handling techniques
• Collect and analyze daily admissions data including enquiry mode (walk-in, telephonic), follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Maintain a daily-updated database of all enquiries.
• Conduct PIN code-level geographic analysis and analyze reasons for non-interest (NI)
• Present daily reports to the Principal and develop improvement strategies collaboratively
• Conceptualize and execute events to drive school footfalls and increase admissions.
• Provide daily accounts updates on admissions count, fee collected, discounts, and payment scheduled
• Follow up with previous non-interest prospects for second-round counselling
• Develop a well-designed counselling room, ideally as a model classroom
• Maintain adequate stock of admission stationery and promotional display materials
• Ensure smooth operations of the full admissions function and uphold school values
