Role: Head Of Admissions (for a prominent Management Institute)

Reporting: Director

Location: Ghaziabad , Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities:

• To contribute and coordinate the preparation of admission brochure, application form and general information for admission process through print, website and social media.


• To be responsible for Website, social media, SEO and SEM platforms of the Institute for fetching better applications for admission funnel.


• To check the admission/aptitude test/student interaction data and sharing it with Dean/Director.


• To ensure proper advertisement, social media campaigns to promote admission aspirants in Institute.


• To liaise with appropriate agencies and individual with correct connect in various locations to support admissions.


• To be responsible for Lead Generation and Admission funnel, and also to maintain the quality of admissions.


• To attain 100% admissions with fair and consistent approach without compromising on the quality of intake.


• Manage the admissions processing in close liaison with academic department.


• To handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students, their parents, teachers and advisers independently and in a timely and professional manner.


• To process incoming applications for the Program, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.


• To monitor the responses of applicants to decisions and provide data to the Director on applicant status and workflow.


• To monitor the recording and activation of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to address admissions related enquiries through telephone, apart from preparing/updating the script.


• To monitor the interaction of admission team for enquiries over telephone, email and meetings with parents/children on a one-to-one basis to provide admissions information.


• To meet the admission targets and sends updates to Director and CO levels on fortnight basis.


• To coordinate with accounts team for receipts for admission process.


• To guide preparation and revision of Admission process formats/templates for communication, as part of systems and processes.


• To comply with regulatory and admissions governance such as AICTE, NBA, SAQS, AIU and AACSB requirements

Requirements:

• 8-9+ years in admissions, preferably within PGDM/MBA or business school environments.


• Strong prior experience specifically in PGDM admissions is essential.
