Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a Training Specialist in Haryana to design and deliver programs for relationship officers and branch staff, focusing on knowledge, skills, and sales effectiveness. You will travel to branches, coordinate calendars with sales stakeholders, develop content such as one-pagers, presentations, and sales kits, and monitor activity.

This role also encourages continuous professional development through Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship, and NCFM certifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs for internal employees to update knowledge and skills.
• Visit branches to engage with representatives for client conversations and business conversion.
• Travel to assigned branches to deliver training as per the territory calendar.
• Develop content such as one-pagers, presentations, calculators, and sales kits.
• Support self-development through pursuing Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship, and NCFM certifications.
• Ensure KPI targets are met, including 16 mandays and 6 sales calls monthly.

KRA1 1. Planning and Executing Training for Internal Employees -Planning training programs for Relationship officers for updating their knowledge and skills

• Being involved with them at branches for client conversations and business conversion
• Solving queries of internal employees over phones and emails

KRA2 2. Planning and Executing Training for External Employees - Planning the training calendar for the month after consulting each of the sales stake holder in the assigned territory.

• Execute the month plan as per the calendar by travelling to the assigned branches in their territory
• Maintain records of training and customer conversations

KRA3 3. Aiding business through solving business challenges - Develop content in terms of one pagers, Presentations, calculators, product comparisons, sales kit etc for stake holders

• Develop content for training internal employees

KRA4 4. Ensuring self development -Complete certification programs such as Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship, NCFM etc

• External trainings to update knowledge in the financial sector

KRA5 5. Ensuring basic KPI’s are met -16 Mandays, 6 Sales Calls

• All Relationship officers active month on month in the assigned circle
• Ensure assigned branches are active month on month
