Job summary

Chemmanur International Info solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled Hardware Support Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware devices, ensuring smooth operations, security, and system availability.

The role includes installing and troubleshooting hardware and networks, supporting Active Directory and backups, monitoring LAN/WAN, and coordinating with vendors for issue resolution. On-call shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configurations.
• Basic knowledge of servers, backups, Active Directory, and user management.
• Understanding of network security and firewall configurations.
• PowerShell or Shell scripting will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, provide on-call support, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other network-connected equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and senior administrators for technical issue resolution.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Management and Reporting Heads.
