The IT Hardware Service Engineer Support is responsible for delivering comprehensive end-user technical support, on-site hardware deployment, t. This role balances hands-on technical repairs with vendor coordination, pre-sales guidance, and inventory tracking, along with deep evaluation of verbal, written, and customer-facing communication skills.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience in IT Hardware technician, service engineering, or RMA hardware testing.
• Hands-on Acumen: Solid familiarity with computer internal components, network peripherals, cabling, and surveillance/biometric endpoints.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for vendor negotiation and customer support.

• Peripherals & IoT/Security Setup: Installation and testing of network/desktop printers, Barcode Scanner deployment & troubleshooting (1D/2D, handheld, wireless/Bluetooth, and fixed-mount), biometric attendance systems, IP surveillance cameras, flatbed/sheetfed scanners.
