Job summary

Entero Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Hardware/Desktop Support professional in Mumbai to handle installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers and other IT hardware. You will troubleshoot hardware, network and basic software issues while managing assets and coordinating with vendors for purchases and repairs.

You will provide day-to-day IT support to employees, ensure timely allocation and replacement of equipment, and maintain accurate hardware

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Candidates should have 13 years of experience in IT Hardware / Desktop Support.
