Job summary

Khandelwal Jewellers is seeking an IT support specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple branches. You will manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, IP addressing and internet connectivity, and support CCTV systems.

You will also handle backups, antivirus, user access and basic IT security, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset records. Prior experience with ACME POS software is a plus; readiness to support branches with minimal downtime is

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and IP addressing.
• Ability to provide basic IT security and maintain system backups.
