Job summary

Shobhit Mediworld Llp is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support specialist in Lucknow to install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor's in IT with 2–3 years of desktop support or hardware maintenance experience, and solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and diagnostic tools.
