Job summary

Royaloak Incorporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage and configure network systems across stores and offices in Bengaluru. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues, and providing day-to-day technical support to employees.

The position requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, printers, scanners, CCTV, and coordinating with external vendors to maintain hardware and network services.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, OS, and connectivity.
• Experience providing IT support to multiple sites and users.
