Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Hardware Engineer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience to join our client project. You will contribute to gate-level power sign-off, RTL/GL power profiling, and low-power design techniques to meet power targets.

Responsibilities include analyzing power reports, identifying hotspots, and driving power closure through robust design and methodology. Familiarity with UPF/CPF and RTL-to-GDS flows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in gate-level power sign-off using PTPX, PrimePower, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in RTL/GL power profiling using PowerArtist or similar tools.
• Understanding of dynamic and leakage power reduction techniques (clock gating, power gating, operand isolation, multi-Vt optimization).
• Ability to analyze power reports, identify hotspots, and drive power closure.

Responsibilities

• Drive gate-level power sign-off and power integrity validation.
• Analyze power reports and push for power closure in the design.
