Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Systems Engineer 2 for a 9-month contract. Key focus areas include electronic and digital systems fundamentals, memory validation (DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR4/LPDDR5), and Python-based test content development and automation.

You will perform functional and margining validation of HSIO interfaces, work with JTAG/I2C and lab tools, and contribute to post-silicon failure analysis. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.

Position: Systems Engineer 2 Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Contract Tenure : 9 months

Key Qualifications:

• Strong fundamentals in electronics and digital systems.
• Hands-on experience with DDR4/DDR5 and/or LPDDR4/LPDDR5 is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Python-based test content development and automation.
• Experience in functional and margining validation of DDR or other HSIO interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with JTAG, I2C, protocol analyzers and other lab/debug tools.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and thermal equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and PCB layouts.
• Strong post-silicon debug, failure analysis and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with x86 processor-based system validation.
• Knowledge of RAS features and validation.
• Experience with other high-speed memory technologies.
• Experience working with BIOS/Firmware validation and debug.
