Job summary

Ronil is seeking a Guest Service Officer for its Guest Service Centre to ensure a high standard of service and smooth communications within the hotel and with external contacts. The role sits in the Rooms Division and supports efficient guest-staff communication.

The ideal candidate has hospitality credentials, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with switchboard systems or paging equipment.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations; energetic individuals welcome.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge of operating switchboard consoles and paging systems is a plus.

The Guest Service Officer - Guest Service Centre is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Centre within the Rooms Division and for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff both within the hotel and for external communications.
