Job summary

QHT Clinic in Haridwar seeks a courteous Guest Relations Associate to welcome patients and visitors, addressing queries with a professional touch. You will coordinate with reception, clinical, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a smooth, premium experience, including VIP guests, while maintaining grooming and service standards.

Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and interpersonal skills is preferred; prior experience in hospitality or healthcare is a plus.
