• Engaging with to-be-parents who come for Initial Appointment, explaining features of the hospital, and answering any questions
• Taking registration details
• Managing the “appointment waiting queue” to ensure smooth flow
• Managing Front Office functions when required
• Helping post birth discharge process
• Ensuring highest levels of Customer Experience

Essential Skills (Communication)

• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu is a MUST
• Good communication skills in Hindi, other regional language is an advantage
• Must be presentable and have a pleasing, engaging personality
