The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment a prospect enters the sales office. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing appointments, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining hospitality standards, and ensuring every customer journey reflects the premium positioning of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Experience

• Welcome all walk-in customers, channel partners, and VIP guests professionally.
• Ensure every guest is attended to promptly with premium hospitality.
• Offer refreshments and maintain high service standards.
• Escort guests to the appropriate sales consultant or meeting area.
• Create a warm and memorable first impression.

Visitor Management

• Register walk-in visitors and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Verify appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Manage daily visitor flow to minimize waiting time.
• Prepare and share daily visitor reports.

Sales Coordination

• Inform sales consultants immediately upon customer arrival.
• Assist in scheduling site visits and follow-up meetings.
• Support launch events, broker meets, and customer engagement activities.

Hospitality Management

• Coordinate with housekeeping for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Ensure beverages, refreshments, brochures, and marketing materials are always available.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate courier, stationery, and office supplies.
• Prepare daily MIS related to visitor management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.

Experience

• 25 years in:
• Luxury Real Estate, Premium Hospitality, Hotels, Luxury Retail, Airlines, Customer Relations.
