Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad is seeking a confident Guest Relations Executive to welcome visitors and provide premium customer experience at our luxury residential projects. You will handle site visits, explain features and pricing, coordinate with sales and CRM teams, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers, especially HNI and premium clients.

• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or exposure to real estate, hospitality, luxury retail or premium customer service is preferred.
• Experience with HNI/premium customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle HNI and premium customers with excellent hospitality and professionalism.
• Explain project features, amenities, specifications, floor plans, and pricing.
• Coordinate and manage site visits and property presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 14 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, banking, or premium customer service.
• Experience in high-rise/luxury residential projects will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation.
• Confident in interacting with HNI and premium customers.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
