Job summary

Surya Developers is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to create a welcoming and professional experience at our project/site office in Bengaluru. You will handle customer interactions, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team to drive visitor engagement.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service during every visitor interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales team and manage bookings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally greet customers and visitors at the project/site office.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about the project, amenities, and facilities.
• Coordinate customer appointments and site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, and appointments.
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales personnel based on their requirements.
• Coordinate refreshments and other requirements for customers and guests.
• Assist the sales team during property launches, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure the reception and customer interaction areas are maintained in a professional and presentable manner.
• Handle customer queries courteously and maintain confidentiality and strong relationships.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.
