Wave Infratech invites applications for a receptionist/front desk role at the Sales Pavilion. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, answer inquiries, route information, and maintain a secure, organized reception area.

You will also support operations with lead management, weekly lead reports, and processing documents and payments from walk-in customers and brokers, ensuring smooth sales transfers and timely SRs.

Responsabilidades

• Being the face of the company on the first interaction of a visitor, welcoming the visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering enquiries about the company or referring the enquiries further.
• Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring visitors books.
• Handling telecommunication system. Routing the incoming calls to the specific company personnel.
• Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Managing records and resolving guest or customer complaints promptly.
• Receiving the incoming couriers, in case no one is available at the Courier Desk.
• Ensure all brochures and hand-outs are handy and kept in organized piles for the ease of sharing them with customers without any delay

• Receive documents and payments for sales transfer, cheque payments from walk-in customers, broker invoice from walk-in brokers, and raise SR
