Job summary

Namaste Dwaar, a resort property under Autoveer Hospitality, invites applications for a Guest Experience Executive. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling inquiries, and delivering personalized service to ensure memorable stays.

Candidates with 1-8 years in guest relations, hospitality, or premium service environments are preferred. Female candidates are preferred, but male candidates may apply. Location is Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications

• 1-8 years of relevant experience in guest relations, guest experience, hospitality, luxury hospitality, resort operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, restaurants, or premium service environments is preferred.
• Must be comfortable interacting in English with guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and personalized arrival experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Understand guest requirements, preferences, and expectations and ensure timely assistance.
• Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests receive appropriate attention and personalized service.

1. Guest Experience Executive

• 1-8 years of relevant experience in guest relations, guest experience, hospitality, luxury hospitality, resort operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Candidates with relevant experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, restaurants, or premium service environments will be preferred.

Compensation: 22,000 - 60,000 per month
