Job Description L &D Associate | Learning & Development
Role: L&D Associate Contract Basis
Department: Human Resources
Role Purpose: To support the HR/L&D team in driving training execution, functional induction, LMS usage and training-related MIS across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with Sales Managers to ensure functional induction of new joinees is completed on time.
- Support the GM HR in tracking and improving key L&D metrics such as -
- Monitor LMS active users, learning hours per employee and LMS usage.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for LMS content updation and ensure learning content is current.
- Support Learning ROI reviews by collecting training feedback, participation and outcome data.
- Assist in annual/monthly training planning, content development and coordination.
- Track and resolve new joinee training-related concerns in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Monitor adherence to the Training Calendar and follow up on pending programmes.
- Track Training Mandays and Training Mandays per MEO and maintain accurate MIS.
- Prepare regular training dashboards, reports and follow-up trackers for review by the HR/L&D team.
- Coordinate with trainers, business teams and employees to ensure smooth execution of training programmes.

Desired Profile
- Post Graduate,( MA Psychology/ MSW / MBA ) preferably with 1–3 years of experience in HR/L&D coordination.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with LMS and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain trackers and MIS.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Corporate teams.
