PSG Global Solutions India is seeking an experienced Group Lead/Team Lead to guide and coach a team of professionals in Baner, Pune. This on-site role focuses on performance, KPI management, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and optimize team output while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders. Immediate joining preferred. 5–6 years of leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of leadership experience driving performance in a client-focused environment.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools; ATS familiarity preferred.

This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and motivational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Details & Compensation

• Position: Group Lead / Team Lead
• Location: Baner, Pune
• Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week
• Salary Range: Best as per market standards
• Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Experience Required: 5 - 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team or support specialists to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Monitor and manage team metrics such as productivity, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Analyze daily/weekly reports to track performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• To establish a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture that aligns with PSGs values and operational standards.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and adherence to SLAs and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and organizational quality standards.
• Drive engagement, motivation, and retention through recognition, transparency, and open communication.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in leading and managing teams, monitoring KPIs, driving team performance, and handling leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, and service delivery management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on results.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, reporting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in an RPO/BPO environment supporting international clients, particularly US-based clients, is highly preferred.
• Expertise in people management, coaching, and performance improvement planning.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and retention.
