PSG Global Solutions India seeks an experienced Group Lead to steer a recruitment operations team at Baner, Pune. You will coach, mentor, and drive performance, managing KPIs and ensuring timely delivery to client expectations. This on-site role demands strong communication, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 56 years of experience in leading and managing teams, monitoring KPIs, driving team performance, and handling leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance metrics, and service delivery management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on results.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, reporting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team or support specialists to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Monitor and manage team metrics such as productivity, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Analyze daily/weekly reports to track performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• To establish a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture that aligns with PSGs values and operational standards.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and adherence to SLAs and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and organizational quality standards.
• Drive engagement, motivation, and retention through recognition, transparency, and open communication.
