Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized HR Generalist to join our Pune team. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and cross-team coordination in a night-shift setup supporting global operations.

The ideal candidate will have Zoho HRMS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks independently in a US night-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Mandatory experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability in managing structured processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete onboarding processes: documentation, profile creation, induction setup, and verification workflows.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, shift schedules, and HRIS updates (Zoho People or similar tools).
• Support HR compliance, including audits, policy documentation, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related data, requests, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in grievance handling, query resolution, and follow-up on escalations.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, tracking sheets, and analytics.
• Ensure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and operational effeciency.
