Job summary

Bhakti Management Services is seeking entry‑level personnel to support production, assembly, and manufacturing activities on the plant floor. You will follow SOPs, maintain logs, and assist through the entire line to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree from any branch or specialization.
  • Degree must be from an authorized and recognized college, institute, or university.
  • Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome for this automotive manufacturing role.
  • Open to individuals with genuine interest in automobile manufacturing and plant operations.
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing practices and mechanical processes.
  • Basic computer literacy including MS Office tools.
  • Capacity to read and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and safety sheets.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day production, assembly, and manufacturing activities on the plant shop floor.
  • Adhere to SOPs and work instructions and maintain accurate shift logs and records.
  • Collaborate with line operators and floor supervisors to meet daily targets.
  • Monitor processes and identify delays, bottlenecks, or machine issues and report them.
  • Assist maintenance teams in basic troubleshooting and line interventions.
  • Support quality control with inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Coordinate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical teams.

Role & responsibilities
  • Production & Manufacturing Operations:
  • Provide active support in day-to-day production, assembly, and manufacturing activities on the plant shop floor.
  • Thoroughly understand, interpret, and adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with line operators and floor supervisors to meet daily and periodic production volume targets.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and assembly stages to ensure an uninterrupted, balanced, and smooth workflow.
  • Promptly detect, isolate, and elevate production-related delays, bottlenecks, or mechanical issues to the designated supervisor.
  • Maintain comprehensive, error-free production logs, shift sheets, and operational records as instructed by departmental leadership.
  • Quality Control & Product Standards:
  • Assist the quality assurance department in upholding and enforcing company product quality standards.
  • Support the physical inspection and dimensional verification of raw materials, manufactured components, and finished products.
  • Detect, mark, and report non-conforming items, quality deviations, or visual defects directly to the concerned supervisor.
  • Adhere strictly to quality control procedures, standardized inspection guidelines, and testing work instructions.
  • Prepare, update, and systematically maintain quality control checklists, inspection registers, and deviation reports.
  • Machine Handling & Process Operations:
  • Learn and develop an end-to-end practical understanding of manufacturing machines, industrial equipment, and automated systems.
  • Assist certified operators and floor leads during active machine runs and assembly operations.
  • Monitor critical machine parameters and operational process indicators in accordance with instructions from technical leads.
  • Immediately identify and elevate machine abnormalities, unusual noises, breakdown situations, or process drifts.
  • Adhere to all prescribed operating guidelines, handling precautions, and standard safety practices during machine interaction.
  • Maintenance & Tooling Support:
  • Proactively coordinate with the plant maintenance department whenever equipment repairs or line interventions are required.
  • Assist technical teams in identifying fundamental mechanical issues, operational wear, or equipment faults.
  • Follow standard preventive maintenance routines and equipment care instructions to minimize line downtime.
  • Ensure the safe handling, correct usage, and disciplined storage of industrial tools and production equipment.
  • Plant Safety, Housekeeping & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Strictly comply with all factory safety guidelines, operational protocols, and internal company policies.
  • Mandatorily wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all active shop-floor zones.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation and working environment at all times.
  • Align fully with workplace discipline standards, operational ethics, and internal behavioral conduct rules.
  • Immediately report any unsafe acts, equipment hazards, near-misses, or floor incidents to the concerned plant authority.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Team Coordination:
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date operational, production, and departmental records.
  • Compile and prepare fundamental daily reports regarding output volumes, quality audits, machine runtime, and plant activities.
  • Regularly brief shift supervisors and engineering teams on task progress, line challenges, and shift handover details.
  • Coordinate effectively across related departments, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical teams.
  • Function collaboratively as an adaptable team player to help achieve collective plant efficiency and operational targets.

  • Academic Background & Qualifications:
  • Completed regular Graduate or Post Graduate degree from any branch, stream, or academic specialization.
  • Degree must be obtained from an authorized and recognized college, institute, or university.
  • Experience Level & Target Audience:
  • Specifically designed for Freshers and entry-level candidates seeking to build an industrial career within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Candidates with prior exposure to industrial manufacturing, factory internships, or related operational training are also eligible and encouraged to apply.

  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing practices, industrial workflows, and mechanical processes.

  • Work Environment & Shift Flexibility:
  • Comfortable and ready to work in an active automobile manufacturing plant and industrial shop-floor setting.
  • Full willingness to work across rotational shift schedules, including standard 8-hour or extended 12-hour shifts as per production demands.
  • Physical capability to handle shop-floor movement, standing duties, and continuous line monitoring.
