1. Production & Manufacturing Operations
Assist in day-to-day production activities and support the assigned production line.
- Operate and assist with manufacturing machines as per training and work instructions.
- Follow defined production processes, work instructions and SOPs.
- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Perform assigned production activities under the supervision of the concerned team leader/supervisor.
2. Machine Operation & Monitoring
- Learn and perform basic machine operations as per the training provided.
- Monitor machine functioning during the assigned shift.
- Identify and immediately report machine abnormalities, breakdowns or unusual operating conditions.
- Handle machines, tools and equipment carefully as per company guidelines.
3. Quality Control
- Perform basic quality checks of components during the production process.
- Identify and report defective, damaged or abnormal components.
- Follow defined quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Ensure that assigned work is completed as per the required quality and process standards.
4. Safety & 5S
- Strictly follow all workplace safety rules and safety instructions.
- Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S standards in the assigned work area.
- Follow proper safety procedures while handling machines, tools and equipment.
5. Team Coordination & Support
- Assist production and maintenance teams whenever required.
- Follow instructions given by the supervisor and team leader.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth production operations.
- Support the team in maintaining continuous and efficient production activities.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain basic production and quality-related records as instructed.
- Report production issues, quality concerns or machine abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow proper shift handover and reporting procedures.
- Maintain accurate information related to assigned work wherever required.
7. Discipline & Workplace Practices
Preferred Candidate
- ITI qualified candidates from Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician or relevant trades
- Freshers / candidates with 01 year of relevant industrial experience
- Basic knowledge of machines, tools and production processes
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/automobile production environment
- Good discipline, attendance and learning attitude
- Comfortable working in shifts
- Basic understanding of safety practices and 5S
- Candidates who are physically fit and willing to work on the shop floor
