Job summary

Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a passionate Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube, perform keyword research, analyze metrics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with SEO and Sales teams to drive conversions and business growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and bidding strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics and GTM for tracking.
• Proficient keyword research using Google Keyword Planner.
• Ability to analyze metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimise campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
