Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team in Dharmapuri, India. The role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of Google Ads/SEM experience, hands-on proficiency with GA4 and GTM, and strong analytical skills. Freshers with certification also encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using GA4 and GTM.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
