Job summary

Faveo is seeking a passionate Google Ads/SEM Executive to plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns aimed at generating quality leads and maximizing ROI. The role requires hands-on experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns in a dynamic digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Google Ads/SEM experience, GA4, GTM proficiency, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Freshers with certification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Google Ads Certification is preferred.


• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.
