Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd in Dharmapuri, India is seeking a Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns to generate leads and maximise ROI.

The role requires hands-on experience across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, GA4 and GTM with a focus on CTR, conversions and ROAS. Freshers with certification are welcome.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS or related field.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of Google Ads/SEM experience; freshers with certification welcome.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or software product marketing is a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Campaign optimization to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
