Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business sourcing, manage dealer relationships, and coordinate end-to-end loan disbursement processes. The role requires leading a sales team, empanelling dealers, and ensuring compliance and timely execution of credit approvals.

You will hire, train and develop the sales team to achieve targeted numbers while coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in sales leadership roles.
