RK Road Transport Pvt Ltd (RKRTPL) is looking for an experienced General Manager – Fleet Operations to take full ownership of our 500+ vehicle Full Truck Load (FTL) fleet — 16-tyre 35MT rigid trucks/bulkers and 18-tyre 40MT bulkers/trailers.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role covering all six pillars of fleet performance:

• Traffic & Dispatch
• Driver Management
• Maintenance
• Tyre Management
• Diesel/Fuel Management
• MIS & Reporting to the Director

What we’re looking for:

• 5 –15+ years in truck fleet operations/transport management
• At least 4–5 years leading a large fleet (500+ vehicles or comparable scale)
• Direct FTL trucking, mining logistics, or bulk transport experience
• Comfort owning hard numbers — uptime %, maintenance cost/km, tyre life, fuel efficiency — not just responsibilities

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (on-site, with travel to route/site locations)

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month, negotiable based on experience and fleet scale managed
