Operational Excellence & Fleet Management

Direct day-to-end haulage operations, dispatch schedules, and pan-India route mize asset utilization and vehicle turnaround time (TAT) while minimizing empty rage GPS tracking, telematics, and transport management systems (TMS) for real-time see preventive maintenance and breakdown response to minimize fleet .

Financial Management & P&L Accountability

Own the operational budget, managing fuel, maintenance, tolls, and driver trip yze daily/monthly cost-per-kilometer data to drive profitability and cost-reduction ew and approve vendor invoices, maintenance expenses, and operational .

Compliance, Safety & Statutory Administration

Ensure 100% compliance with MoRTH regulations, RTO guidelines, and state border see seamless execution of e-Way bills, fastag management, and heavy vehicle tain up-to-date vehicle documentation, including Fitness Certificates (FC), insurance, and pollution norms (PUC). Implement strict safety protocols to achieve zero-accident targets across the .

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

Act as the escalation point for key corporate clients, ensuring high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery tiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with fuel suppliers, spare parts vendors, and ge relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and market vehicle brokers for peak-season .

Team Leadership & Driver Management

Lead a diverse team of operations managers, dispatchers, route planners, and workshop ess driver shortages through strategic recruitment, retention programs, and fair incentive lve labor relations, union challenges, and transit grievances efficiently.
