Job summary

EuRide India is seeking a Fleet Operations Executive to oversee daily fleet activities at Sector 49, Gurgaon, and to coordinate with drivers in Germany. The role requires English communication skills and exposure to international operations.

The candidate should have a graduate degree and 6 months to 4 years in fleet/logistics, with basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. A fixed salary is offered with opportunities for growth and exposure to global operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months - 4 years experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of truck spare parts and basic vehicle components
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of fuel management and fuel cards
• Good English communication skills
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and driver queries
• Communicate with drivers in Germany regarding operational issues
• Assist with truck spare parts, vehicle components, and basic maintenance queries
• Handle fuel-related queries, fuel consumption, refuelling, and fuel cards
• Coordinate with workshops, garages, vendors, and internal teams

About the Role

EuRide India is hiring a Fleet Operations Executive with knowledge of fleet operations, truck spare parts, basic vehicle maintenance, and fuel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and driver queries
• Communicate with drivers in Germany regarding operational issues
• Assist with truck spare parts, vehicle components, and basic maintenance queries
• Handle fuel-related queries, fuel consumption, refuelling, and fuel cards
• Coordinate with workshops, garages, vendors, and internal teams
• Track trips, vehicle status, and operational performance
• Maintain reports and resolve operational issues

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• 6 months - 4 years experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields
