Job summary

RKRTPL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance of our 16-tyre and 18-tyre truck fleet and lead the workshop team.

You will plan preventive maintenance schedules, supervise mechanics, manage spares, maintain logs, ensure safety, and report uptime and costs to management. Based in Raipur or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong hands-on maintenance capabilities for heavy commercial vehicles
• Ability to supervise and drive a workshop team to deliver results
• Practical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and truck systems
• Based in Raipur or willing to relocate

• Report fleet uptime, maintenance costs, and recurring issues to management
