You will proactively source passive candidates, advise hiring managers on strategy, build diverse pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging data to enhance hiring outcomes and collaborate with the global TA team on employer branding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an international environment.
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and advanced Boolean search capabilities.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within an international environment
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and successfully hiring passive candidates
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and advanced Boolean search capabilities
• Experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or corporate functions
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English
