You will source candidates through portals, referrals, consultants, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing; screen and shortlist; coordinate interviews and offers; and maintain recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
