Role Overview

As a Global Recruitment Associate, you’ll support global hiring pipelines and work closely with senior recruiters and the founder. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role suited for someone eager to learn US recruitment, build strong communication skills, and take ownership from Day 1.

What You’ll Work On

• Support end-to-end recruitment workflows for US-based hiring
• Source and evaluate candidates for niche tech and non-tech roles
• Manage candidate pipelines, communication, and interview coordination
• Maintain structured databases and recruitment trackers
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational tasks
• Use modern recruitment systems and AI tools to optimize searches
