Job summary

BUILD Gym in Hyderabad is seeking a Guest Experience Executive to warmly welcome members, manage front-desk operations, and drive memberships. You will present memberships, book classes and trials, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires converting leads to sales and maintaining CRM records with accurate payments and invoices. Strong hospitality background and fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with hospitality or hotel-management qualification preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trainers, operations and café to ensure a seamless journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front of house. Deliver a warm, poised, impeccably presented welcome to every member and guest, and set the tone of the studio experience.
• Reception. Manage check-ins, access, calls, enquiries, and class / appointment bookings with accuracy and grace.
• Sales. Conduct studio tours and trial experiences for prospective members and present memberships, packages, and add ons consultatively.
• Conversion. Own membership conversion and renewals against monthly targets; follow up on leads and trials promptly and professionally.
• Care. Handle member queries and complaints with composure and discretion, escalating where appropriate.
• Records. Maintain accurate records in the CRM / gym-management software and process payments and invoices correctly.
• Coordination. Coordinate seamlessly with trainers, operations, and the café so the member journey is effortless end to end.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate; a hospitality or hotel-management qualification (IHM or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Warm, articulate, emotionally intelligent, and immaculately presented.
• Comfortable carrying and achieving sales targets; persuasive without being pushy.
• Discreet and composed with high-net-worth members.
• Confident with technology - CRM, point-of-sale, and booking systems.
