• Billing & Payments: process daily fees and bookings using POS/front-desk software.

About the Role

Makico Ventures is seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Atmos Fitness and Elixir Wellness in Banjara Hills. In this role, you will manage member check-ins, handle inquiries, schedule bookings, and ensure a seamless, high-end experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet members, guests, and visitors upon arrival; handle entry/check-in procedures smoothly.
• Inquiries & Bookings: Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding gym memberships and wellness appointments.
• Member Management: Register new members, assist with membership renewals, and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Billing & Payments: Process daily membership fees, package payments, and service bookings accurately using POS/front-desk software.
• Coordination & Admin: Work closely with gym trainers and wellness staff to schedule appointments and manage daily floor flow.
• Reception Area Upkeep: Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative (experience in fitness, hospitality, or wellness centers is a plus; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
• Tech Literacy: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and willingness to learn front-desk management software).
• Attributes: Pleasant personality, punctual, courteous, and capable of handling multi-tasking during peak hours.
