RECRIVIO in Gurugram seeks an Associate Category Manager to own growth and profitability of assigned financial product categories. This high-ownership role intersects business, product, analytics and partnerships.

You will drive category P&L, build strategies with Product, Marketing and Procurement, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure competitive products and payouts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in category management, business analytics or similar.
• Engineering/Master's from a Tier-1 college/university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with spreadsheets and modeling.
• Strong communication and leadership presentation skills.
• High ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own category P&L - revenue, payouts, margins and monthly growth targets.
• Build and execute category strategies with Product, Marketing and Procurement.

We're looking for an Associate Category Manager to own the growth and profitability of assigned financial product categories at the client. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of business, product, analytics and partnerships ideal for someone looking to take end-to-end ownership early in their career.

What you'll do:

• Own category P&L - revenue, payouts, margins and monthly growth targets
• Build and execute category strategies with Product, Marketing and Procurement
• Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions
• Ensure competitive products, offers, pricing and payouts are available to the Partners
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and category performance to identify growth opportunities
• Build data-backed models to optimize product availability, pricing and funnel performance
• Conduct regular business reviews and present insights to leadership
• Solve unique business challenges with an ownership-first, out-of-the-box approach

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years in category management, business analytics, consulting or a similar role
• OR Engineering/Master's from a Tier-1 college/university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and building models
• Strong communication skills - comfortable managing partner conversations and presenting to leadership
• High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Good to have:

• SQL knowledge - Redshift/BigQuery, or the ability to work with SQL using AI tools
• Exposure to fintech, banking or broking products
• Sales or partner-facing experience
